United KingdomI was very pleased to have been allotted an apartment near the swimming pool as requested. However the balcony area was at back of apartment facing walls of another apartment not the pool area. Also as I have walking difficulties & needed a wheelchair, it was very difficult to reach this area as you had to go up a steep ramp & it was practically impossible for my husband to push me up the ramp. However they were very accommodating & moved us to an apartment on the lower level but unfortunately this meant that we were not able to use the swimming facilities.

SpainNot enough storage for clothes etc. for the third person in a 2 bed apartment + sofa bed. Lacking a wardrobe in the living room. When taking a shower it is leaking under the shower door the bathroom floor gets wet. No shading on the apartment terrace with temperatures of 30+ degrees. Lots of stairs. Not very suitable for disabled and less mobile people. Lift not working. Evening buffet: food not warm.

SpainThe only thing to not like is the amount of steps everywhere. Staff in the restaurant not very quick at clearing dishes off tables.
The location is very nice. Beach across the road. Bus stop outside hotel with very frequent buses. Food good value for money. Glad we had a sea front apartment due to steps. Lovely apartment. Air conditioning not working on arrival but after going to reception it was sorted in a couple of hours.

PolandApartment we got was on the highest floor, wife was pregnant so we asked at the reception for one on the ground floor, were told they are full and none was available, after discussion it occured there was one available (the receptions was not nice and helpful, laughing during our talk and not keen to check available options), the light in bedroom did not work, YOU HAVE TO BUY DRINK FOR THE SUPPER EVEN IF YOUVE GOT THE SUPPER INCLUDED, kitchen was not equipped very well (no kettle, no dishwashing detergent)

The shops sold great inflatables but we wasn’t aloud to take them in any of the 3 pools which seems ridiculous, why sell something you can’t use

United KingdomTheirs too many rooms and the only apartments with a lift is a good 10/15minutes from the reception and food court. Would not recommend for anyone shy of walking or should I say hiking up either tens of stairs or slopes! And if u have left something in your room then good luck! No kettle in the room either had to boil water on the hob.

SpainMattresses in general, sofa bed in particular which was REALLY uncomfortable. The structure, and therefore mattress, were not flat at all and I got a backache sleeping there the first night. I asked if they could give us a different room and very reluctantly they gave us an apartment with 4 beds (the sofa bed was still as bad as the previous one though, but luckily I did not have to sleep there this time). Some apartments do receive WiFi and some others don't. Even if they tell you WiFi is only available in the common areas. They should do something to fix that.
The green areas around the pools and the animation guys. Food is good as well
