Main lounge kitchen quite basic only one sofa some armchairs and cushions would make it more comfortable Also no kettle in kitchen

If you are old and have children, too many stairs can make you tired.

The location and facilities were very good. I don't know if they are all the same, but the room we stayed in had a magnificent view.

Location was excellent as I was visiting my brother who lived nearby.

the rooms were started to be refurbished but looked like they weren’t finished, the patio tiles not grouted, which is a shame as the terrace would be really great had they had finished the tiling properly.

Loved the little plaza courtyard with cute boutiques & a really reasonably priced cafe/bar. the pool areas & grounds were immaculate & great facilities for Children. so much to do & very safe with lifeguards at every pool.

The staff didnt explain what the kids club was or what there was to do so we stayed by the pool and football pitch which my boys loved, but, we may have loved it more if we knew what else there was to do

Unfortunately our two day quiet break clashed with several hundred students with no idea of the time in the early hours !! Never mind, it didn't spoil our break as booked to go back in September.

Location, apartment clean and well equipped. Ideally placed in Mojacar for some really good restaurants.

Food average, not a lot of choice and not very warm. Didn't mind the walk up to the room, but we didn't like the two flights of steep stairs to the room(if we had known we would have asked for a ground floor)

The room

Location is great but the rooms are not very nice. We had a ground floor because other rooms have lots of stairs to negotiate. The windows were small so not much natural light in the room. The bedroom was awful. Kitchen not really equipped for self catering although it did have a fridge freezer, but there was a good buffet breakfast in the hotel

As we were there in early May (before high season) one of the pools was closed off and both the onsite bar and pool bar were also closed (although the website advises appears to indicate that one of them would be open out of high season)

Overall great experience from check in to check out. The lady on check in upgraded our room, without us requesting, and as a family with a young child, ensured we were staying in one of the quieter areas. Staff for the most part were very nice, in particular I must point out Fernando at the cafe who always seemed to go above and beyond and was always very courteous and welcoming. In general, all the staff were very good. The apartment was lovely, very clean. Pool areas were excellent, particularly for kids and the playground is also great. It's great to have a supermarket and food areas on site along with a few small shops. The central plaza is a real plus to this place. The location is great with a beach right across the road. Overall, a super resort for a family vacation.

I liked how we were looked after when requesting a different room location.

There was a long wait. Staff did not really speak any English and did not know where our room was so we had to wait for security to be shown where we needed to go!
